E. John Damasco, Esq. - Founding Attorney
After graduating from San Diego State University in 1990, John attended Whittier Law School and graduated in 1995. While at Whittier Law School, John Damasco earned the following Awards; American Jurisprudence Award (top student in each subject) in Criminal Procedure, Torts and Real Property; West Publishing Award for Outstanding Student Scholar; Academic Scholarships Awards in all three (3) years of law school; and Dean’s List. John also served as an Editor for the Whittier Law Review.
Since 1995 John Damasco has extensive experience in areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy, Wills and Trusts, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. John has litigated and won hundreds of cases in each area of law. Because of his broad practice area, John can give a better analysis of the case from different viewpoints.
John Damasco was raised in San Diego and is a local since 1972. He grew up and went to school in San Diego County. He has a loving wife Carrie and two children, Kayla and Drake. He enjoys coaching and practicing with youth children in Baseball and Football.
Michael R. Juarez,
Michael R. Juarez was licensed to practice law within the State of Caifornia and before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California since 2012. While working with E. John Damasco, Attorney Juarez continues to sucessfuly practice in the areas of Family, Criminal, Juvenile, Civil, and Estate Planning.
After graduating from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008, Michael obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011. While at TJSL he volunteered with the Veterans Legal Assistace Clinic and practiced law as a Certified Law Student. Michael was also an avid member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team and served as the Vice President in his final year of law school.
Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
David Neinchel is our Bankruptcy Attorney. He handles both Chapter 7 and complicated Chapter 13 cases.
He graduated from California Western School of Law and has been practicing since 2010. He has been a member of the firm since 2011
